When sending an SMS the ability to select the Sender ID from a dropdown (e.g. phone numbers or alphanumeric IDs).

Ability to see "deleted" messages in the Messages Inbox, and the option to restore deleted messages or permanently delete them.

Ability to create and use canned replies / templates in the Messenger module for replying to listeners.

Ability to identify individual entrants e.g. when you have a contest that can be entered multiple times by one entrant but ability to see how many people have entered as opposed to how many entries there are.

Ability to connect prohibition rules to campaigns so that listeners can only enter/win once per campaign.

Ability to see how many tickets have been scanned at an event (so that you can tell how many people attended)

Ability to set the State field (for countries where applicable) as a drop-down menu of options, ensuring a consistent data standard. For example, preventing users from entering VIC as "Victoria" in free text.

The ability to schedule a contest/liner as ‘across the week’ rather than daily so it automatically starts at a selected date and moves across to the next day until the allocation has been used.

Incoming messages (SMS, WhatsApp etc.) can be routed to different instances based on the reply to an automated prompt to the sender, for example: their postal or ZIP code, which can route their message (and future messages) to the correct local instance.

Looking place to store all upcoming events and concerts for easy access for jocks. like a noticeboard. Don't mind it as simple sokution to keep them in Audata studio, rather than creating a shared doc somewhere else which they wanna do
