Incoming messages (SMS, WhatsApp etc.) can be routed to different instances based on the reply to an automated prompt to the sender, for example: their postal or ZIP code, which can route their message (and future messages) to the correct local instance.

When building a schedule for a week in Audata, it is really helpful to have ‘clone previous week’ however, sometimes when we are starting a new promo the previous week is no longer helpful.

 

It would be amazing if we could input everything for a new week into ‘Monday’ for example and then clone that into the remaining days of the week.

Create a heat map for specific reasons e.g campaigns, last 500 winners etc.

The ability to schedule a contest/liner as ‘across the week’ rather than daily so it automatically starts at a selected date and moves across to the next day until the allocation has been used.

When building a Segment and querying by a text field (such as a Listener custom field), the ability to find records that "contain" a value, in addition to "equal/not equal".

Ability to split the studio UI with multiple shifts (from different stations / dates) active at the same time. This would be useful, for example, when a presenter is doing a life shift and voicetracking another shift for a different station.

The ability to configure custom domains for sending system-generated emails (replacing the default noreply@(instance_subdomain).audata.io, as well as generating DKIM keys for signing outbound email to improve deliverability when using custom domains.

Ability to create a hosted, shareable link to Forms with basic branding (instead of needing to embed the form).

Add searchable dropdown behaviour wherever Report parameters feature a “Campaign” drop-down menu.

When editing comments on a scheduled Contest spot, add the option to update the comments for all other contests for the same campaign.
