"Contains" operator for Segments on text fields
Description
When building a Segment and querying by a text field (such as a Listener custom field), the ability to find records that "contain" a value, in addition to "equal/not equal".

"Contains" is now an available operator for text fields on Segments. For example: you can now create a Segment that matches Listeners who have their Football Team set as "Geelong Cats" by using Contains > "Cats", instead of needing an exact match.
