Ability to set Date Won on Prizes
Description
The ability to set a "Date Won" on Prizes, separate to the Date Created on the Prize record. Prohibition Rules should take into account the Date Won, rather than the Date Created, if present.

On the Prize screen, click on Options > Edit Prize to manually edit the Date Won. The prize must not be set to a prize status which locks the Prize.
