Filter Messages by Channel
The ability to filter messages by channel e.g.IQVM, MMS, SMS
Liner Rotations
Ability to add multiple Scripts to a single Liner, where the Script represents the actual copy that should be read out by the presenter on air.
Users could schedule the same Liner but select how Audata should decide which Script is presented to the studio user to read on air. Options could include:
- Rotation
- Random
- Day of the Week restrictions (e.g. 1 script for M-F and another script for weekends)
- Date restrictions (e.g. "Tickets on sale Friday", "tickets on sale tomorrow", "tickets on sale today...")
- Commitment based (e.g. weight a script higher if it's deliveries are below other scripts)
Keyword Data under Campaigns
When a Keyword is attached to a Campaign the data for Keywords should be shared under the Campaign. Being able to convert entries into a List would also be a great feature.
Star List Entrant
When adding a Listener to a list have the option to star the Listener.
Bulk Awarding Winner Alert
When bulk awarding have a pop up/ display of all the numbers who have previously won a prize.
Prize History Detail
When a prize is being awarded the system currently displays the last time the listener won a prize. This will update will give a more detailed snap shop of all prizes won and when.
Unique Sender Messenger Report
Add the ability to only see unique senders in a message report.
Display partial profile/ listener details when replying in Messenger
When replying in Messenger, display partial profile/ listener details (name and suburb) to assist users.
Hide Button added to Messenger
Create a hide button in Messenger to give users the ability to hide messages from their inbox.
List option to not count lists as an awarded prize
In Studio when a listener is displayed it shows Last Won and includes list prizes but most cases people haven't technically won a prize. We need to create an option when creating Lists to not include entrants as prize won.
