Help us make Audata products even better for you.

Add the ability to hide prizes attached to archived campaigns in the Manage Prizes section. This should be included with the filter campaigns option and list views.

Add the ability to include the Audata users details who creates Liners/Live Reads so if any other users require additional information they know who to contact. This should be visible in Studio.

Currently in Studio Producers/ Announcers can see Liner commitments for the current show but would like to be able to see the full total commitment/ what's been delivered for Liners. This should also be added to the Liners Remaining widget in Studio Dashboard.

The ability to set up a reminder for Audata Users/ Instances regarding Inventory and Campaigns. An example would be the radio station has run a concert ticket giveaway months in advance from receiving the tickets. Audata could remind users that they need to action the prizes by a certain date. Because the reminder would be within Audata it means if there are new Audata users they aren't reliant on previous employees passing on the information before they leave the business.

Ability to have categories for Scheduled Items(such as Liner Must Read / Liner Optional) and to have specific colour codes for their schedule items.

The ability to create a phonebook/ contacts group to contact about a specific subject. E.g: Content phoners for radio shows.

The ability to disable password resets for specific users.

A planner UI that shows a calendar of sponsorship inventory (such as a Show Sponsorship, Segment Sponsorship etc.) and clearly displays available inventory (for Sales and Integration teams to use) as well as assigned Campaigns.

Single Audience Profiles (Listener) shared across multiple instances. Customisable merging / matching / de-dup rules (e.g. join on Phone Number, or Email Address).
